Spokane Chapter

The Spokane Chapter meets at 6 pm on the first Thursday of every month at the Wishing Star office located at 139 S Sherman in Spokane. Please contact Bill at sandbwidrig@icehouse.net for more information.

Once again, our dear friend Linda Schroeder is making beautiful quilts to sell for Wishing Star at the farm Chick's Show, June 7 &8. This nationally advertised antique show will be held at the Spokane fairgrounds. Linda always invites others to donate smaller quilted items (table runners, place mats, wall hangings, etc.) for Wishing Star to sell along with her beautiful quilts. If you have some items to donate to this fundraiser, call Bill Widrig, at 465-2227, or the Wishing Star office at 744-3411, or drop the items by the office at 139 S. Sherman Ave. at your convenience. These items really help draw the customers to our booth.

The playhouse and Wishing Star volunteers will be at the following events to sell playhouse raffle tickets and share information about Wishing Star. Raffle tickets are $2.50 each and the playhouse drawing will be October 31, 2008.
