Wish children wait to be paired...

Behind every child's fulfilled wish is a volunteer whose energy and persistence has made it happen. We are looking for people to meet and build relationships with children with life-threatening illnesses. They will support and nurture wish families; identify a special wish and help develop the wish into an empowering experience.

Throughout the year, we need volunteers to help at a variety of Wishing Star events. Listed are a few of the many volunteer opportunities. We are always looking for new and fresh fundraising ideas. Contact your nearest Wishing Star Foundation Chapter or the Wishing Star Foundation Corporate office at 509-744-3411.

Partnership Council meets quarterly on the third Tuesday, noon at Wishing Star (lunch provided).  

Goals:

·          Improve/expand Wishing Star’s image in the community

·          Develop new fundraising ideas

·          Provide opportunities to get involved

·          Share wish needs and updates
