Anyone can refer a child to Wishing Star! Just call 509-744-3411, 1-800-685-6956 or contact a member of a Wishing Star Volunteer Chapter. If you do not know all the information, you can send a general email inquiry to the Executive Director at paulan@wishingstar.org. Or fill out this on-line referral form.
